GVL has gone into forward integration by having its own fully equipped packaging material manufacturing unit divided into three segments, PET PREFORM to make pet bottles, TIN Processing unit for making tin containers and CORRUGATION PLANT for corrugated boxes. The tin plates for the tin containers are bought from the very esteemed Tata Company of India. The pet preforms are prepared at the unit itself. All these packaging products are for the inhouse consumption as well outsourced to various industries like bottled water, edible oil, footwear etc. Our unit is one of a kind in the whole of Nepal.

Tin Packaging
Tin is a highly customisable choice for high-end products and why many luxury brands have opted for tin packaging in the past, due to its visual appeal and good tactile benefits too. But importantly, in today’s need for sustainable products, it is a strong consideration.
Tin has many advantages as a substrate. It is lightweight and highly resistant to corrosion or rust (if properly coated) and can be quite malleable in certain applications. This versatile metal can be used to create beautiful secondary packs for premium brands.
These are often eye-catching with enormous print options available on the tin plate and can then be adorned with emboss, deboss and various other finishes.
GVL is refining of edible oils for more than 3 decades. After few years of operations, the company decided to venture into tin box assembling, the tin plates are procured from Tata Steels.
Our tin boxes are known for its quality and durability. It is outsourced to other edible refineries all across Nepal. It runs on the capacity of 5000 Mt.
Pet Preform
A preform is an intermediate product that is subsequently blown into a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) container. Preforms vary in neck finish, weight, colour and shape, and are specifically designed to meet the needs of customers in different market segments.
PET preform can be processed to meet the requirement for packaging, of mineral water, juices, liquor, soda, sparkling drinks, edible oil, pharma products, pickles, squashes, FMCG Products, etc.

PET Bottles

The plant runs at the capacity of 1900 MT inclusive of various sizes and customised designs for in-house and outsourced consumption.
