Ganapati Vanaspati Ltd (GVL) is the largest integrated oil refinery plant of Nepal, with a capacity of 120000 MT per fiscal year, which boasts a state-of-the-art plant imported from India in technical collaboration with Belgium Companies.

GVL is among the few industries in the world, and the only one in Nepal, to get so extensively into forward, backward and vertical integration.

GVL has won top exporter award under SAFTA category twice in a row.

Our brands Safari, Mamta, Society and recently launched Ramdev are household names.

We are into manufacturing of refined edible for almost 3 decades now. We are among the very few industries which has separate pipelines for all the different kinds of oils, from crude to refined oil. This makes it a full proof refinery with no chances of adulteration.

Other than selling various processed by-products and segmented products like mud cake, bakery shortening and stearin, GVL has gone into forward integration by having its own fully equipped packaging material manufacturing unit divided into three segments, PET PREFORM, pet bottles & PDPE jars, 5000 MT TIN Processing unit for making tin containers and 3000 MT CORRUGATION PLANT for corrugated boxes.

The packaging units are supplying to various other manufacturers across various industries.

We also have a full fledged functional 40000 MT soap & detergent manufacturing plant as part of forward integration.

Our in-house ultra modern laboratory oversees quality control during every rung of the refining and manufacturing processes.
